The After-Dark Elopement

As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant I officiate weddings and elopements in all seasons and locations and times of day. This weekend though? I officiated a wedding (an elopement) under circumstances I'd never faced before. The after-dark, outdoors, freezing cold elopement. Just a handful of supportive friends, two fools in love, and an experienced wedding officiant, making that important and very real wedding ceremony happen. It was freezing though. Absolutely freezing.
