This couple flew out from Michigan to get married in the mountains, and I told them if they had waited until August, most of the green would have burned off, and if they had come in April, there would still be snow (notice the snow-capped peaks in the background). As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant, I work with couples under all sorts of circumstances, in all sorts of locations, and I'm always thrilled with the outcomes from having a wedding in the mountains, whether that's an hour wedding ceremony with 100s of guests or a 10-minute elopement with only family and close friends.
