Spring in Utah is the Wild West, either 100 degrees, a rainstorm, or a late snow. Today was the latter, which makes planning a wedding ceremony a little bit challenging, but Bride and Groom already had a trail location identified, so we went for it anyway. Thankfully it wasn't a muddy mess, it was frigid, but actually very pretty. As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant, going onsite is actually one of my favorite things. Reception centers and cultural halls and the courthouse is great, but professing your love in a special place with your most special person? That's what a wedding should be all about. Great one today, wish Spring would put down roots already, but not too much longer.
