4th of July, Provo Utah, temple grounds, I was asked to officiate an elopement wedding ceremony for a couple so in love with each other that tears were shed to complete the government required wedding ceremony. As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant, I'm asked to oversee weddings of all kinds, even those that are needed before an actual wedding ceremony. This one, for example, was to check a box, to satisfy a government requirement, in advance of the real wedding ceremony that would take place in the temple at a future date.
