Sometimes kids get married when they're 20 years old, other times people find their soulmate when they're 50 with grown children and a lifetime of experiences they can blend together. As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant I manage wedding ceremonies on both sides of the spectrums. This wedding was more the latter, with children from the Groom serving as flower girls and ring bearers, and children from the Bride as Groomsmen and Bridesmaids. Really cool. Really thoughtful. Sometimes it takes a lifetime to find your person, and in that lifetime sometimes people crash into other love first. Always a privilege to be part of a wedding ceremony like this one, no rules to how love works.
